Weight
Gain
The
weight that you need to gain during your pregnancy depends upon your
previous weight. If you were underweight, you may need to gain more.
If you were overweight, you may safely be able to gain less. Make
sure the weight you do gain comes from sources of good foods and not
junk foods. Not only will the junk foods cause you to keep the
weight after the baby, but also does not help the baby develop
properly.
