Rules and Regulations
Fashion Disaster Contest

1.   No purchase necessary to enter.

2.   All pictures Limit one entry per person, registration required.

3.   By submitting your image, you grant WebBangladesh.com the right to use your photo, if you are a first or second place winner, for promotional purposes in connection with this or other photo contests. You must have the written consent of the person pictured (or the consent of a parent or legal guardian for any minors) to submit the photo. Except where prohibited, winners (or the parent or guardian of any minor) will consent to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation.

4. Judges from WebBangladesh.com will review submissions, choose winners and announce results on or about September 10, 2000. Judging criteria: 1) originality, 2) photographic quality, 3) subject interest, 4) visual appeal, each to be given equal weight. Decisions of the judges are final.

6.   Winners will be posted on the WebBangladesh web site Fashion Disaster on or about July 10, 2000. Prizes will be awarded on or about September 20, 2000 and mailed to contestants, conditional upon signature and return of affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and grant of promotional rights in photo (including model releases).

7.   The contest runs from June 10th, 2000  through September 9th, 2000, and is open to any Bangladeshi citizen, excluding employees of WebBangladesh.com and  their subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, judges, sellers of its products, and the immediate families of each. Those deriving 5% or more of their income from taking photos are ineligible.

8.   Prizes won by minors will be awarded in the name of a parent or guardian. Winners may not transfer prize rights nor obtain substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes on receipt of prizes are solely the winners' responsibility. Offer void where prohibited.
