1. Now bit the eggs with bitter. Mix it with sugar and milk.
2. Take a round shape small size saucepan. Put ghee, cinnamon, cardamom, and 2
teaspoons of sugar. Put it in a stove and melt the sugar. When you will see sugar becomes
brown take it out right away. Put the pan in a cold water bowl. Dont let water go
inside.
3. Now put mixed milk in the pan and cover it. Put the pan in a large saucepan.
Dont put too much water than water will go inside of the little saucepan.
4. Boil it for 1 hour in medium hit.
5.When it will ready let it becomes cold. Put a plate on the little pan and turn it
over. Put it in refrigerator.

1. Wash the polao rice and drench the rice for one our. Wash the rice very
hardly than rice will break.Now put milk and rice together in a stove. Stir it well few
minutes after few minutes.
2. When rice will dry stir it in a row. Now put sugar in there, but put little
amount at a time. When you will put all sugar cook it for 20 more minutes it low hit.
3. Now take it out from the stove and add rose water.
4. For garnish you can put chopped almond over the firnie.
5. When it will
becomes cold put it in refrigerator.

1. Boil the milk and put the semai and cardamom in there. When semai will boil,
turn down the temperature. Now add sugar slowly. After finish adding sugar, cook it 10
more minutes in low hit.
2. Take it out from the stove and add rose water.
3. For decoration put chopped almond over the semai. Put it in refrigerator.
