                                                            Fish Tikia


Ruhi fish (boiled) 1 cup Potato (boiled) 2 cups
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon Cumin powder 2 teaspoons
Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder 2 counts Egg 1 count
Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon Bread crumb ½ cup
Coriander leaf (chopped)  1 table spoon Oil for fry

1. Boil the fish in deep water. When it’s well done take it out from water and take out all bones from the fish.

2. Now mash the boiled potato. Fish, potato, salt, and all spices mix together. Now mix with egg and coriander leaf.

3. Take of it in your hand; first make it round and then make it flat.

4. Now deep in the bread crumb and fry it in deep oil.

                                                         Oven Fried Fish

Ruhu fish 2 pounds Bread crumb 1 cup
Milk 1 cup Salt 1 tab spoon
Oil/ghee 4 tab spoons    

1. Cut only upper side from both sides of the fish or you can use fish fillet. Take out the bones and cut it in square shape.

2. Now put salt in the milk. Deep the fish in the milk and put it on the bread crumb and turn it again. Now put the fishes on a baking dish. Put the oil/ghee over the fishes.

3. Turn on the oven and bake it for 20 minutes in 450-degree farenhight.

4. When it will done you have to serve it hot.

                                                     
Fried Prawn/Shrimp

Prawn (medium) 8/10 counts Flour 3 1/2 table spoons
Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon Egg 1 count
Tasting salt 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 tab spoon
Water for mix 4 tab spoons Salt as taste Oil for fry

1. Take out skin and head. Just left little tail of the prawn. Now put pinch of salt at soy sauce and deep the prawns for 10/15 minutes.

2.Now take a bowl and take some flour. Put baking soda and salt, mix it very well. now add water and make paste. Put 1 teaspoon of soy sauce for good taste.

3. Now take a small bowl and take a egg without yolk. Bit very well than it will become foam. Mix with flour paste .Deep the prawns and try to fry it in deep oil rightaway. Otherwise puffy will become flat.

4. Serve it hot with ketchup.
