1. Cut potato and cauliflower small pieces. Fry it in ghee. After 4
minutes take vegetable out from ghee.
2.
Fry onion in the ghee. Now put cumin, bay leaf, rice, dal, carrot (cut small pieces), and
green peas. Stir it very well. Add salt and water.
3. When it starts boiling put fried vegetable. Take it out
from the stove after 20-25 minutes.

Wash the rice and dal together. Drain the water.
2. Hit the
ghee in a sauce pan and fry the sliced onions. Now put rice, all spice pastes and bay
leafs.Stir it well. Add water, cinnamon, cardamom and chilies. Cook it for 20-22 minutes
in low temper.
3.
For garnish use sliced fried onion.

1.Cut
the beef small pieces . Hit oil in a big saucepan ; put onion and all spice paste. Stir it
well. Now put beef, salt, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and bay leaf. Stir the beef well and
put 8 cups of water and cook it in low hit till water dried. Now take out only beef from
the spicy.
2.Wash the rice and drain the water. Put rice in the spice and stir it
for few minutes. Add 6-7 cups water. When it starts boiling put beef and green chilies.
Cook it for 20 minutes in low temperature. When you take it out from the stove dont
open the cover for 20 minutes.
