1. Wash the rice and drain the water. Hit the
ghee and put onion paste. After few minutes put the chicken and fry it. Mix the curd with
other spices. When the chicken almost fried put mixed spices, salt, sugar, and lemon
juice. Stir it and cover it. When it dried and you can see ghee than take out all chickens
one by one.Now hit the separated ghee in a big saucepan. Now put the left cooked chicken
spice and milk.
2. Add rice and 6 cups of water. When it starts boiling cover it and
cook it till 2o-22 minutes in low temperature. After water dried put the chicken one by
one and take some polao from side; cover it.

Mix some lemon color in keora and sprinkle it over the
polao.
4.
8-10 person is good for that amount of food.
Shrimp Polao

1. Take out skin from the shrimp. Cut potatoes and cauliflower small
pieces. Now hit oil and fry potatoes and cauliflower for 5 minutes.

Now hit oil at the pot and fry the shrimp for 3- 4
minutes. Take out the shrimp from oil. Add all the paste and put ½ cup water too. When
water dried put rice, garam masala, bay leaf, green chilies, and salt. Stir it for 3-4
minutes. Put 4 cups of water and all vegetable, cover it. After few minutes turn down the
stove. Add the shrimp after 20 minutes and take it out from the stove. Dont open the
cover for 15 minutes.

You can cook shrimp polao without vegetable too.

1. Wash the rice and drain the water.

Peel carrots, potatoes, and green peas. Cut all
the vegetables small pieces (like square size). Boil all the vegetable for 3-4 minutes.
Green peas boil only one minute.

Put ghee on your cooking pot and fry 2 sliced onions.
When it becomes brown take it out from the ghee. Accept peas put all the boiled vegetable
at the ghee and fry it for 3-5 minutes. After that take it out. Put some black pepper and salt, mix it together.
4. Now put some more ghee with the used ghee. Put cinnamon, cardamom,
cloves, bay leave, onion paste, and garlic paste, now stir it well. Its time to put
rice. Stir the rice 5-6 minutes and put 12 cups water. When it's start boiling put green
peas and cover it.
5. When water starting dry put all fried vegetable and green
chilies. Now turn down the stove. After 20-25 minutes it will be ready. Decorate it with
fried sliced onion. |
