1. Mix sugar with
water and put it in a stove. When the sugar will melt filter the mixer.
2. First melt the
ghee. Add the flour, cinnamon, cardamoms, and cloves. Fry it till get brown.
3. Now mix the flour
with half of fitered sugar and bit it with bitter.
4. When it becomes
plain put it in a plate. For garnish you can use chopped pistachio.

1. Mix sugar,
eggs, custard powder, and ½ cup warm milk. Now put this mixer in warm 5½ cups milk. Put
the milk in the stove and boil it in low hit. When you will see milk becomes dense, than
take it out from the stove.
2. Put it open air. Let it becomes cold.
3. Cut the fruits in small size and when
milk becomes cold mix the fruits with milk.
4. You can put a lot of different kind of
fruits. But dont put pineapple. |
