Sweet Curd

1. Put milk in a stove and boil it. Add sugar and ghee, but stir it
all the time. When it will becomes from 2 liters to one liter, than take it out.
2. Now put the milk in a dish and mix with blended plain curd.
3. Now put a cover on the dish and put it in warm place like under the
stove. You can put it in the oven in really low temper.
4. When
it will ready you can put in refrigerator.
Carrot Halua

1. Peel the skin of the carrots and cut
it in small pieces. Now boil the carrots and blend it. If you can feel water strain it.
2. Now mix carrot, sugar, ghee, cinnamon,
and cardamoms. Put in stove in low temper.
3. When it becomes thickened put milk and
stirs it very well. When you can see ghee it is ready.
4. For garnish use pistachio.
Egg Snowball

1. Bit the eggs and mix with milk, sugar,
and lemon juice.
2. Now put the mixer in a saucepan and
turn on the stove in low hit. Put the saucepan and stir in very well. When it becomes
thickened and you can see little ball just take it out from the stove.
3. When it becomes cold serve it. |
