1. Boil the
green peas and blend it. If you can feel water strain it.
2. Now mix green peas, sugar, ghee,
cinnamon, and cardamoms. Put in stove in low temper.
3. When it becomes thickened put milk and
stirs it very well. When you can see ghee it is ready.
4. For garnish use pistachio.

1. Put egg yoke separate from the
eggs white part.
2. Bit the white part of the eggs. Now
bit the yokes and bit it softly. Now add sugar and mix it well.
3. Now take ghee and mixer together, stir
it well. Stir in low hit. Add rose water.
4. When you can see the ghee take it out.
5. Now put the halua in a tray and make
it level.
6. Now let it be cold. Cut it in diamond
size. When it will be cold, it will be hard. |
