Chicken Frazy

Chicken 3 pounds Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Ginger paste 2 tea spoons Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
Red chili paste 1 tea spoon Cardamom 4 counts
Cinnamon 2 pieces Salt 1½ tea spoons
Tomato paste 1 table spoon Green chilies 5 counts
Oil ½ cup    

1. Cut the chicken little big pieces.

2. Fry the onion and put all ingredients and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Now add chicken and cover the pan. Cook it in low hit. When the chicken will boiled put tomato sauce and green chilies. Cook it for 10 minutes.


Coconut Chicken

Chicken 3 pounds Onion paste ½ cup
Ginger paste 1 tea spoon Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
Red chili paste 1 table spoon Coriander paste 1 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon Plain curd ½ cup
Oil 1 cup Coconut (shredded) 1 cup

1. Put 1 tab spoon of hot water in coconut and blend it. After that strain it and take out coconut milk from there.

2. Mix all ingredients with chicken, but coconut. Now put in to the stove and cover it. Cook it in low hit for one hour.

3. When the water dried and you can see oil stir it for few minutes. Now add coconut milk and stir it well. Take it out when you can see oil.


Pineapple Chicken

Chicken 3 pounds Onion paste 1/3 cup
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons Turmeric paste 2 teaspoons
Red chili paste 2 teaspoons Coriander paste 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon 2 pieces Cardamoms 3 counts
Bay leaf 1 count Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons Oil ½ cup
Pineapple (shredded) 1/3 cup    

1. Cut the chicken in small pieces and wash it.

2. Mix all spices, and oil with the chicken, but pineapple. Put the chicken in the stove and add little water. Wait till it gets boil. When it will boiled stir it very well.

3. Now add pineapple and stir it well. Cook it in low temper. Take it out when you can see oil.
