Beef Frazy

Beef (no bone) ½ pound Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder ½ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 3 tab spoons Onion 1/4 cup
Oil 1/3 cup Green chilies 5 counts

1. At first bruise the beef a little. Now mix with ginger, black pepper, and vinegar for 4 ours.

2. Fry the onion and when it brown just take it out from the oil. Now put beef in the oil, and when water comes out cover it. After boil the beef cook it with onion and chilies.


Beef Tomato Curry

Beef 2 pounds Ginger paste 1 tab spoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Onion paste 1/3 cup
Tomatoes 4 counts Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Cardamoms 3 counts Cinnamon 2 pieces
Cloves 2 counts Bay leaf 1 count
Salt 2 teaspoon Oil ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon    

1. Mix with the beef all spices, cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, salt, oil and water. Now turn on the stove in medium hit and put the mixer of beef. When the beef will boiled take it out from the stove.

2. Now hit oil in other pan and fry some onions. When it will turn in brown put some chopped tomatoes. Now put beef and red chili powder. Stir it for 12 munites. Add little water and cook it in low temper. When you can see oil turn of your stove.

Beef Vindalu

Beef ½ pound Oil ¼ cup
Onion (sliced) 1 ½ tab spoons Garlic (chopped) 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon Coriander paste 1 teaspoon
Cumin paste 1 teaspoon Turmeric paste 1/3 teaspoon
Chili paste 2 teaspoons Mustered paste ½ teaspoon
Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon Vinegar 2 tab spoons
Green chili 3 counts Salt 1 teaspoon

1. Mix all the spices and beef together.

2. Hit the oil. Put onion and garlic; fry it for few munites.

3. Now put the mixer on oil and fry it for few munites. Put a cover. When beef will boiled stir it very well. When water dried take it out.
