APURBO born on 7^th November 1973. After completion of Secondary School Certificate ( SSC ) from Khilgaon Govt. High School (Bangladesh) he studied "Notredame College" and completed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC). APURBO took a one month short course on photography arranged by Notredame Nature study club conducted by  Mr. Mizanur Rahman Bhuyan a photographer and Zoology Professor of NDC. After completion of HSC, APURBO admitted in Dhaka University - Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA-HONS).

Here he got a great touch of a senior classmate Young HA Kook - a professional photographer of South Korea. APURBO learns almost all technique of photography from Young-Ha-Kook day by day.

One day APURBO meet with "Chanchal Mahmood" one of the best model photographer of Bangladesh, and got a lot of inspiration and learn model photographic technique from him. Beside study in BFA, APURBO started  this photographic organization (OUT OF FOCUS) in 1994.
