Edruc LImited is a modern
pharmaceutical firm. There are modern and
high capacity GMP model production machineries in all the sections like
tablet, capsule, syrup, dry syrup,injectable, eye and ear drops. These
include Tablet Machines, Capsule Filling and Sealing Machine, Injection
Filling and Sealing Machine, Blister Packing Machine, Alu-Alu Machine,
Fluid Bed Dryer, Coating Machine etc. Service facilities are also
substantial.There are Boilers and Generators for undisturbed and smooth
production works. The vast production area is kept neat and clean all
along as per GMP instruction.
During the production of each batch/lot of medicine a complete batch
history is recorded in black and white as per dictation of
GMP. These
documents are preserved for several years.
The whole production work is strictly done under constant supervision
of an expert production team, which includes
many pharmacists,
chemists, engineers, skilled operators, formen and technicians.
