Edruc Limited, one of the oldest pharmaceutical firm of our country is
located at Mouza- South Raghavpur situated in the district town of
Pabna, Bangladesh. It is in the heart of Pabna town. The total area of land of
Edruc Limited is about 20 (twenty) Acres, that is (Sixty) Khatas which
is worth Taka - 24(twenty four) Million
Obviously, the land is a very valuable property. Again the value of the
building and other assets of the firm are about taka - 100(one hundred)
Million. Thus the total value of land, building and other assets of
Edruc Limited is about Taka - 124(One hundred twenty four) Million
which is equivalent to USD 2.2 Million.
The land owned by Edruc Limited is probably the biggest in Bangladesh
as compared with the land of any other pharmaceutical firm. That is
no other pharmaceutical firm probably possesses so much land property.
There is own pond, garden, boundary wall, prayer hall and playground
within the factory area
A vast space within the factory area is kept vacant and open so that
it ensures pollution-free condition inside the factory premises. Thus
a healthy, calm and quite factory area full with fresh air and sufficient
natural light is there. This optimum criteria are demanded by WHO designed
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines for ideal factory environment
