1.
Put milk in a stove and boil it. Add sugar and ghee, but stir it all
the time. When it will becomes from 2 liters to one liter, than take
it out.
2.
Now put the milk in a dish and mix with blended plain curd.
3.
Now put a cover on the dish and put it in warm place like under the
stove. You can put it in the oven in really low temper.
4.
When it will ready you can put in refrigerator.
