Mix sugar with water and put it in a stove. When the sugar will
melt filter the mixer.
2. First
melt the ghee. Add the flour, cinnamon, cardamoms, and cloves. Fry
it till get brown.

Now mix the flour with half of fitered sugar and bit it with
bitter.
4.
When it becomes plain put it in a plate. For garnish you can use
chopped pistachio.
