Now bit the eggs with bitter. Mix it with sugar and milk.

Take a round shape small size saucepan. Put ghee, cinnamon,
cardamom, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Put it in a stove and melt the
sugar. When you will see sugar becomes brown take it out right away.
Put the pan in a cold water bowl. Don’t let water go inside.

Now put mixed milk in the pan and cover it. Put the pan in a large
saucepan. Don’t put too much water than water will go inside of
the little saucepan.
4.
Boil it for 1 hour in medium hit.
5.When
it will ready let it becomes cold. Put a plate on the little pan and
turn it over. Put it in refrigerator.
