Carrot Halua

 


Carrot ½ pound Milk (thick) ½ cup
Ghee ½ cup Sugar 2 cups
Cinnamon 2 pieces Cardamoms 3 counts

1. Peel the skin of the carrots and cut it in small pieces. Now boil the carrots and blend it. If you can feel water strain it.

2. Now mix carrot, sugar, ghee, cinnamon, and cardamoms. Put in stove in low temper.

3. When it becomes thickened put milk and stirs it very well. When you can see ghee it is ready.

4. For garnish use pistachio.
