1. Wash
the rice very well and drain the water.
2.
Fry lightly chopped onion, chopped garlic, turmeric paste and spices
for 3/4 minutes. Now add rice and fry it in slow hit for 4 minutes.

Now add boiled salt and coconut milk to cover the rice and stand
over it an inch to one inch to one and half inches. Put a cover and
cook it in slow hit. Cook until rice cooked and coconut milk
absorbed.
4.Cook
the prawns in small amount of ghee and sprinkle over it with black
pepper, salt and ground chili. Now put prawns in cooked polao and
mix it well.
5.
For garnish use brown fried onions.
