1.
Cut the liver in 1 inch of cube size. Wash it very well.
2.
Fry the onion and garlic for 4 minutes. Add curry powder and stir it
for 2/3 minutes. Now add tomato paste. Mix it well and put some
water. Cook it till it get thick.
3.
Put liver and simmer till cooked. Add tamarind pulp and salt.
