Kofta Kabob

 
 
Beef (ground) 1 pound Kofta mixer 1 table spoon
Onion (chopped) 1 tab spoon Garlic (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon
Plain curd 1 dessert spoon Egg 1 count
Flour 1 tab spoon Ghee for fry  
Salt to taste

1. Fry onion and garlic in 2 tab spoons of ghee, after 3/4 minutes add kofta mixer (you can buy it from grocery). Cook it slowly for 4/5 minutes. Now remove the pan from fire. Let it become cold.

2.Now mix the ground beef, curd, salt, and flour with cold kofta mixer. Take a little and make them oval shape.

3. Fry it in deep ghee.
