Dry Hoosaini Kabob

 
 
Beef (ground) 1 pound Onion (chopped) 2 tab spoons
Garlic (chopped) 1/2 tab spoon Chilies (ground)   1/2 teaspoon
Ginger (ground) 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (ground) 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon (ground) 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom (ground) 1/4 teaspoon
Cloves (ground) 1/5 teaspoon Pepper (ground) 1/4 teaspoon
Egg 1 count
Salt to taste

1. Blend all spices, egg, and beef together.

2. Now shape them into oval cutlets.

3. Fry it in deep oil.
