Wash the rice and drain the water.
2.
Now fry chopped onion in ghee and put rice and salt, stir it. Add
coconut milk and if it will not sufficient put some water. cook it
in slow hit. Careful don't let the rice stick at bottom part.
3.
When the rice cooked and liquid absorbed, the grains of rice will
not be separate owing to the coconut milk.
4.
Serve it with dry curries and chutneys.
