Vegetable Curry

 
                                               
Beans 1/2 pound Potatoes 1/2 pound
Tomato paste 1 tab spoon Onions (sliced) 2 tab spoons
Garlic (sliced) 1/2 tea spoon Curry powder   1 tab spoon
Salt to taste

1. Cut the beans in ordinary size and cut the potatoes in 1 inch cube size.

2. Fry onions and garlic lightly and after 3 minutes put curry powder and cook it 4 minutes. Now put tomato paste mix it well, if it needs some water add some for thick gravy.

3. Now add beans and stir it slowly till it's done. Now it's time to add potatoes. After 4/5 minutes put some salt and lemon juice.

4. Now it's ready to serve.
