Ground beef, dal, dried chilies, coriander paste, ¼ cup oil and ½
cup water mix them; boil it in low hit. When water will dry put salt
and sugar; stir it well for 5 minutes.

Blend the beef and mix with cinnamon paste, cardamom paste, cumin
paste, and ginger paste. Now add an egg and mix it well. Now take
chopped onion, chopped chilies and chopped mint; put ¼ teaspoon
salt mix them well.

Divide it in twenty separate parts. Now take one part and make a
hole middle of the meat; put chopped onion, chilies and mint mix.
Now close the hole and first make it round, than make it flat. Now
take every single part and do it same way.
4.
Now fry it in deep oil.
5.
With polao or bread it is delicious. |
