Take out skin and head. Just left little tail of the prawn.
Now put pinch of salt at soy sauce and deep the prawns for
10/15 minutes.
2.Now
take a bowl and take some flour. Put baking soda and salt, mix
it very well. now add water and make paste. Put 1 teaspoon of
soy sauce for good taste.

Now take a small bowl and take a egg without yolk. Bit very
well than it will become foam. Mix with flour paste .Deep the
prawns and try to fry it in deep oil right away. Otherwise
puffy will become flat.

Serve it hot with ketchup. |
