Boil the fish in deep water. When it’s well done take it out
from water and take out all bones from the fish.

Now mash the boiled potato. Fish,
potato, salt, and all spices mix together. Now mix with egg
and coriander leaf.

Take of it in your hand; first make it round and then make it
flat.

Now deep in the bread crumb and fry it in deep oil. |
