Put 1 tab spoon of hot water in coconut and blend it. After that
strain it and take out coconut milk from there.

Mix all ingredients with chicken,
but coconut. Now put in to the stove and cover it. Cook it in low
hit for one hour.

When the water dried and you can
see oil stir it for few minutes. Now add coconut milk and stir it
well. Take it out when you can see oil. |
