Few
days ago our webbangladesh correspondent took Interview on him. Here
very brief of the interview we include here.
Q.
When did you start your Business?
M.A
:
I started my Business in the year 1969. There was not any good
businessman in that time. But who are good in business all were
non-Bengali. In yester time Ispahani, Daud, Adamji Jute Mills this
were very big industry and the Pakistani manipulates those industry.
I
repeatedly visited Chalk Bazzar, Khan Bazzar. There I met with a
business tycoon. I always speculated one day I would be the Business
tycoon. Then I decided that I would have to choose such a business
thus I could be able to intimate with them very easily.
My diligent and will force always work restlessly. Crystal
vision is a very important thing for a Businessman.
At the beginning Jute Mills,
Lather and Tea sector was earned lots of foreign currency. Jute mills
spare parts had a very good demand in that time. So I started my
business career with spare parts development. Frequent constrain,
business embargo, and other pressure I over came. Eventually I settled
down in the Business arena.
Q.
Entrepreneurship development is a very crucial factor.
Why
enormous numbers of entrepreneurs are not created in our country?
M.A
: Entrepreneurship
development is a very crucial factor of a country. But we have lack
of encouragement, Courage, and risk taking tendency. Morshed Alam
believe “No Risk No Gain”. Entrepreneurs always have to have
risk-taking tendency. Risk taking depends on some psychological
factors. Every body hasn’t capacity to be a Businessmen. Businessmen
are more articulate and calculative than the ordinary peoples. Finance
is a very important thing to start Business. Reasons behind the small
scale of entrepreneur creation are financial insolvency, Lack of
courage and risk taking attitude, mental instability and unsuitable
entrepreneurial environment.

What are the current Impediments for our Business Environment?
M.A
: I have been facing lots of constrains during the last
couple of years. Frequent power failure, gas line disruption, high
volume of margin, Port delivery systems, Custom problems, Improper
Business Guide lines, Bribery and corruption lubricate all government
administrative authority. Corruption practices everywhere. Despite the
lots of constrain I over came all obstacles and still survive in the
business arena.

How does government helps our Business Community?
M.A
: Good governance needs law and order and its implications.
We have jurisprudence and state law and order but we are not abiding
by our law and it is not executed properly. Every government failed to
establish it. Snatcher, and who always give mental excruciation to the
others, terrorism overwhelmed in our daily life. But I am sorry to tell
that our countries political leader give shelter to them. None of the
government able to execute law and order.
Q.
Visualization is a very important thing for every Business Saga. How
could you codify your vision?
M.A
: If you have crystal vision then it will conducive for
reach your ultimate goal. Vision should be crystal and transparent,
other wise it will not execute properly. I have vision and adamancy
that’s why I came in this stage. Will force and fully dedication
towards the job is a very important thing to be a business saga. When
I started business I just sort out the gap. I found plastic products
have very good demand in the market. Instantly I took decision and go
for plastic products industry establishment. I started my business with
one machine but gradually I increase the volume of machine and go for
diversification.

Tell something about future generation?
M.A
: Only 1-2% students can engaged in Business profession.
But rest of the students enthusiastic about job. Our young generation
has risk-avoiding tendency. But I think all brilliant students must
come in Business Profession. If government regulatory bodies impose
some law and order and give financial assistance they will do better
in their profession.
Q.
Political unrest jeopardizes our Business? If you are the paramount
position in our country. What types of punitive action at first you
take?
M.A
:
If I could be the paramount position in our country,
immediately I will take some punitive action. Population problem severely
attacked in our country. It is one of the main causes for every
problem. At first I take some necessary steps for the reduction of
population. If population is under control then every thing will be
solved automatically.
