Day by day he build Khondoker enterprise, Khondoker electronic market, Khondoker Tea Company limited, Khondoker residinceal hotel. Mr. Amin also Managing Director of Hotel Yeamini International LTD.

In his personal life he is fair speaking, married & father of three children. Khondoker Rohul Amin has much more interest in sports & Social activities. He is the Director of Federation of Bangladesh chamber of commerce & Industry (FBCCI). He was also the president of the Bangladesh Restaurant Owner Association.
